SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders of in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer (up to five business days) during promotional periods, and you will be notified of any delays. Although we endeavor to keep inventory information accurate, in some instances items thought to be in stock may sell out.
As online order processing is automated, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
Belly Bandit® does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online ordering system. You may also use Paypal as your method of payment. Your card will only be charged when the order is ready to ship. Our security policy is governed by the security systems and measures in place with our payment processing partners.
To protect our customers from fraudulent orders, if your billing address does not match the billing address registered with your financial institution, your order will be cancelled.
All orders are shipped from Surrey, BC and only within Canada. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the order. Our carrier partners are UPS and Canada Post and use the Standard Shipping method. We do not offer expedited shipping services.
We are pleased to waive shipping fees on orders over $75.00 (before taxes). On smaller orders, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.
We are not responsible for shipments that are returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by customer. Any charges as a result of this error will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are required by law to collect the taxes applicable in the province to which we are shipping the order.
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and hope you are delighted with your purchases from Alca Distribution Inc. Items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date the order was received.
Please note that undergarments and any merchandise marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Health Canada also limits returns on certain personal care items.
If you wish to return your purchase, merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and in sellable condition with clothing tags and company information still attached. We do not accept items that are damaged, stained, show visible signs of wear, or that have a distinct smell on the product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by an RA (return authorization) number, which may be obtained by emailing email@example.com
You will need to clearly mark this RA number on your returning parcel, and reference it on all email correspondence. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the parcel. Once the refund is authorized, you will be credited for the cost of the product and applicable taxes, less the initial shipping cost.
Please allow 2-7 business days for your refund to be processed once it has been received in our warehouse.
Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date the order was received. Merchandise must be in its original condition and must not show signs of wear. Merchandise tags must still be intact.
When you try on your Belly Bandit Wrap for the first time the ends should barely be touching. That's right if you can pull the velcro closed it is too big! If the ends of the band are 1-2 inches shy of closing DO NOT EXCHANGE for a larger size. Simply lay down on a flat surface with the band beneath you and try closing it or get a little help from your partner! If you find the band to be extremely tight, you can wear it for a few hours each day until you begin to shrink into the size. You'll soon be wearing it around the clock! If the band is 3 or more inches from closing an exchange should be done. As always, we are happy to exchange your unworn wrap
Compression products immediately form to your body shape if worn for any length of time. Remember to try on products only briefly if you are considering an exchange.
Item exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days upon receipt of the returned purchase.
Most of our products include a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturer’s defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive use.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of your information. We collect information from you when you set up an account on our site, enter a contest, or respond to a survey. We will not sell or trade your identifying information with any other party or company.
